11.2 's first run on new tires!

    1 st run tonight with new tires! Add 3 mph to trap speed , really 127 mph !
    Got an 11.1 in there! I figured out the set up , now just a little bit more tweaking ! 10's coming real soon!

    I would of thought with those tires, it would put you easy in the 10s... what kind of tire and size is that

    That's a great improvement!! Have you tried dropping air pressure? Now, it's just a matter of fine tuning the leave. I see 10's in you future!

    BTW, Are those 555's?? What size?

    Are you the guy that was beat by the Tesla? I guess you had no problems with your driveshaft?

    It's actually funny when people question 11.2 as not fast enough in a STOCK production car (OK with drag radials).

    No matter how you slice it that is impressive. Practice and you will get quicker! Nice job.

    Johnny, I heard someone thought that the launch worked better in the street mode as the rear end set down better, planting the tires better. Might give it a try.

    I'm running these tires all the time , they actually ride quite nice on the street and highway !
