Hey everyone, I'm setting up some LED lighting, run all wires to my glove box and I'm ready to tap a 12v power wire and ground wire for the switch.
Are there any recommendations for wires to tap behind the gloves box (tons of wires are here) or behind the navigation unit ?

Getting something in this location would be ideal vs running over to the steering wheel area. I also see there is a 12v plug below the nav on the passenger side, anyone removed the panel for that and know how? removeing the glove box and dash around the navi is already done.

    thanks

Found this .. might be the best option I think: " I ended up tapping off the back of the 12volt power port on the passenger side front part of center console. It has power only in accessory or run. I had to pull back the center console to access it via 4 screws."

aaaaand here's the thread for removing the center console :)

    Sweet!!
