Reluctantly I am putting my 69 Impala up for sale. Has a 1974 350 SBC, 4 bolt main, bored .60" over, flat top pistons with a 10.5 to 1 comp. ratio. Big valves & Speed Pro cam (480 lift/ 287 duration), lifters, rockers & rods. High volume oil pump & new double timing chain & gears. Edelbrock performer intake & carb (650 cfm). New high flow water pump. Previous owner had a 427 in the car & replaced it with this 425 h.p.? S.B., but doubt if that was the original engine? Never check the numbers... This S.B. really moves this 4000 lbs. land yacht though!
700R4 trans with a Richmond/ Powertrax 'Lock Right' locker (.308) 10 bolt main in the rear. Have the pedals & 4 spd. saginaw to go manual that I will sell separately.
This car is clean & always garage stored. A lot of new parts not mentioned went into this car over the last 3 years I've own it. Comes with the original protecto plate & card, owners manual & warranty plan from original purchaser.
Not a national show car, but a great Ontario survivor & local show & shine car. $10,000 U.S.D. safetied & turn key ready with a lot of extra parts (original bench seat, center console & shifter as well). Or best offer as is. I work a continental shift, out of town. So that means I maybe slow to responding to email & replies & am currently working weekends. P.M. me with your name & number & I'll reply A.S.A.P.

Thanks for looking & have great day!

I'm in Mississauga. Where in Ontario are you?

EDIT: Never mind I saw your original kijiji ad.

Mrs Flex didn't say "No" when I showed her this and we've talked a lot about buying a classic late 60's car.

I'll give it some more thought and test the waters more and maybe I'll PM you a time to come see it in person.

Can you post or PM me some engine bay pics?

Forgot about this ad: Kept this car & is in paint... Ditching the side molding. Going back back to factory Blue (little darker) with chrome wheel wheel trim & SS chrome rocker trim... Not a MOPAR, but will post post pics of of the final debacle when finished! I'm kinda glad it didn't sell... Wifey, not so nuch...

You may have had better luck if it was a Camaro or a Chevelle, Ten grand for an Impala is kind of up there, at least it is for me...

You maybe right, but had to start somewhere... Judging by what a 69 Camaro or Chevelle go for these days; I didn't think I was that far off with this car....

Anyways it's in paint & the price isn't going down...;)
