Do you guys get a chirp from the tires when you hit 2nd gear?

If so, what settings are you using?

I can't tell if mine isn't chirping the gear or if I just can't hear it because the exhaust is so loud.

no chirp just some wheel spin if you get on it. I have the stock summer tire option.
agree may not hear it due to the radio turned up or exhaust notes. ( M6)

You won't hear a chirp from the tyres. In fact unless in a real low gear you won't sense the wheel spin. I called in to see a very good friend on Wednesday. On the way back home after lunch, along side his BMW at around 60mph I nailed it. He sent me a text saying they could feel the resonance through the seats of the BM and could see the tyres spinning. I did not sense that. His words. You have some real heavy artillery there. He is one of the top Porsche specialists in the UK. Praise indeed.

Are you guys in 392s or hellcats?

    I'm in a 392, I don't get wheelspin at 60mph, haha.

My 392 will break loose shifting to 2nd. The traction control does its job.

I was playing around the other day and noticed there is a good bark from 1st to 2nd if you shift at around 5 grand at 3/4 throttle.

I've never had an auto that would do that so its kinda fun. Hehe.

Chirps almost every time from 1st to 2nd in track mode when I shift manually over 4500 rpms. If I let it shift itself it shifts hard, but no bark.
