Hi all my first time posting here.
I just got the call from my dealer that the Cat I ordered back in August is finally on the train.
Unfortunately due to the down turn in the oilfield I can't take it.
So I'm putting up the details here hoping it finds a good home.
It's a 2016 Ivory White, A8 with Black Laguna, Black satin hood, brass monkey wheels and red seat belts. No sunroof.
    The car is in transit.
It is coming to Camrose Chysler in Camrose AB.
My salesman is Noel Skoglund his number is 780 672 - 2476.
Also Noel told me that they also ordered a jazz blue M6 with sunroof and black hood, you would have to speak to Noel on its arrival date.
I am very sad to make this post but as soon as things turn around I'll order or look for another one.
Good luck in your hunting and if you have any questions just ask.
Also I was getting the car for MSRP, and if Noel asks how you got the info tell them you got it from Cory.

There are tons of Cats sitting in showrooms in Alberta and more coming everyday. Thanks to the down turn and layoffs, no one wants to take a chance. On top of that, dealers still want crazy markups on them. They'll be sitting for a long time in dealer showrooms. That's too bad what happened to you but our new governments are about to screw us even harder. But thats another talk for another day...

Agreed it is really tough out there. With no real job security its tough to make a purchase like this. Either in time work will get better or dealers will reduce markup not sure which will happen first.

    Gotta agree with Radride
    Alberta dealer ships getting greedy
I had one ordered from dealer ship where I live ,bought lots of vehicles new from them
spent piles of money on repairs while my company was going
they got a red challenger in, and called my wife
I went and looked at it nice car, they wanted 90,000.00
As I was talking to the salesman , he introduced me to the new manager
then mentioned that I was the one that had the granite challenger ordered
that they cancelled, so much for long time customer relations, I have been
dealing with them for over 35 years.
Now I got info that my cat will be built by end of march
price protected they say hope that works
Oh ya and I haven't worked since July
But some how im going to own this Hellcat for a while Hope fully a long time

Good luck in getting your car 45 Colt.
As for myself I have no complaints on my dealer they were going to sell to me at MSRP. I put a 5k deposit on the car in August and got it back in January no questions asked.
Now that I'm out of the picture not sure if they'll mark up the car or not.
I'm back to work now but I was off 8 months myself. I'm working for a third of what I was making in 2014, but at least I'm working for now. Things just aren't super stable.
