Actually 3035 now. The longest single trip I have made is 120 miles roundtrip. Just a 707 hp daily driver!
I have had the car now for 2 months and I am really enjoying it.

Can't wait for Spring to hit the drags and do some street racing in Mexico!

I wouldn't recommend you take your cat to Mexico. A car as hot as this, you are almost guaranteed to have it taken away at gunpoint.

My daily driver too. Almost 2 weeks old and already at 800 miles. I plan to buy a new daily driver in a year once I build the cash reserves back up and keep the Cat for sunny days and weekends

My husband and I go out of the country on vacation every chance we get, and Mexico is one of my favorites. You are extremely safe if you are careful with what part of Mexico you are traveling to, that said, I have no desire to drive in Mexico, much less take Dante down there.

    Enjoy yourself, but be careful!

I bet you and your man are flying into mexico right? Once you get past the border things aren't as bad.... Especially resort towns which I'm also guessing is where you go. Totally different from real Mexico

You guys and Gales are are not reading between the lines,, Street racing is not legal in the US,, So IF the question gets asked where you were racing, We say Mexico

Yes, we fly into Mexico, but we have been to several destinations there, some of them more resort than others *shudder*. Our experience is that the safest places, by far, are in the Yucatan. That area is far away from the major drug supply routes. My favorite places are Merida, Chetmal, and Cozumel (adore scuba in Cozumel!). I have heard horror stories for many years about foreigners driving in Mexico, getting into fender benders (or worse) and the nightmares that ensue afterwards. So, like I said, as much as I adore Mexico, I have zero desire to drive there. :)

If that be the case, then yepper! I missed it so badly that I did not even feel the breeze in my hair as it flew over my head. *grinning*

Sitting at 240 miles until spring . I plan to drive the car when I want to, but I don't know if I will even get 3000 miles/year!
