    Michael,
Currently your vehicle estimate build plan is for the week of 7/20

    XXXXX,
Thank you. I am extremely excited and filled with anticipation. However, I was told the build week of May 18th when I called last week. Why such a large gap?

    Michael

    Michael
they are building the 6 speed manual transmissions first

False, they are not building the manuals first. They are building them both simultaneously, like they have been since day 1.

I called and was told maybe next month. Then an email came back from a request for information and dates. 7/20 was now the story. July club it is. Not sure why this process is so screwed up. I just want to give money to a Corp.and in return receive a product in a timely manner. Why is this so hard. Silence about the whole process and issues is not the answer. Explaining the screw ups along the way would help ease minds. But, if it's more sinister reasoning why we can't order and receive a product in a reasonable time; then shame on them.

The question to ask is why does SRT make crap up.

I was thinking the same thing. SRT is part of FCA. They should only be communicating facts.

2 month schedule readjustments seem to be the norm for folks who got VINs in late March/early April. I went from 4/27 to 6/22...both dates per SRT.

Isn't is amazing how Dodge says it wants to build it's brand name and make us all happy. And yet they continue to lie to us. This whole Hellcat exercise only demonstrates the ineptitude of Dodge's leadership. If I were FCA I'd be shopping for leadership that is capable of doing the job and showing even a hint of sincerity with the paying customers. Even if it's bad news we'd like to hear some truth.

I'm sure what screen SRT's looking at? Or a magic 8 ball? But mine got bump a month as well from a May to June production date. My order has always been with a 6 speed...

It looks like they already fired the Scheduling Manager based upon their FCA Hiring Twitter feed.
