    Hey All ;
Does Dodge Parts Make a Plug And Play "T" Harness For A Remote Start one Could Use (Like The Auto Uses) Adapt For The Manual Trans Car? I Am Aware Of safety precautions ETC. I Want To Use A "Compustar" Brand!
There Is A Specific Routine You Go Thru When Exiting the Vehicle To Allow The Autostart to function. My Issue is installers Hacking Into My Wiring And well we all know where that sometimes Goes? Anyone With Detailed Knowledge Of This Appreciated. I Know My Way Around Wiring And Programming to Some Extent, but would Like Some Installation Input. The Least Invasive Method Sought!

fnkychkn do you have a theory of operation on clutch circuit for getting a 50 circuit signal to the starter? On an Audi the clutch switch nowadays sends two signals, one with pedal down about 1/3 and another all the way down with both seen in BCM to activate ignition 50 circuit to ECM(which controls starter manual or auto).

Well, this promises to be a whole lot of fun. I'll have to wait until next week to research. I'll be partying at Woodward all weekend and most likely not coherent enough to be a reliable source of information. Lol

    Found This
    http://www.compustar.com/techfeed/ft_controllers/manuals/CM6200_Full_Install_7.11_EN.pdf
    Com-Blade-Al Compustar - COM-BLADE-AL
Then One would only Use the 20 Pin Connection/Thermister/Antenna From What I Can Gleen, you can Program The Factory remotes And Keep All The Factory System.
    Sounds Complicated!

    Would This Be Simpler?

Since The Auto Already Has The Autostart Capabilities Can We Not Add A Brain For The Clutch/Park Brake/Neutral Switch to Enable The Manual To Start
    1)CLUTCH bypassed
    2) Trans Neutral
    3) Park Brake Set
    4) Motion Sensor (Back-Up Incase Neutral Switch Fails) ie: trans in Gear
This IMHO Looks a Heck of allot easier to Do Instead of a compustar and another add on Box etc.
Honestly Cannot fathom with the available technology, why this has to be so complicated to achieve in A Standard Trans Vehicle.

I had a x girlfriend that would start her car on a cold morning by not getting in the cold car but would somehow stand outside the car and press the clutch with her right foot, turn the key and then go back inside and allow the car to warm up. Well, she did that until the car took off without her inside! She chased the car through the front yard and both she and the car ending up in the neighbors ditch.
Made me think of that funny moment years ago. I think you need to be in the car to start one with a stick! ..LOL

Xpresskit makes a t-harness bit I don't think is for the clutch bypass. You have to make a relay for that is pretty simple I have done alot of them

sorry, i forgot all about you. the mopar kit does not need a harness except for hood switch (if not already wired).
you can see the install instruction here: http://starparts.chrysler.com/info/default/k6862063.pdf

i emailed a couple of contacts for suggestions and will post up when they reply.
