I have 600 miles on my Hellcat, notice today I have a slight squeak in the brakes. Is there anything I can do so it doesn't get worse or am I just screwed?

Semi metallic pads tend to be noisier so it is not really out of the norm. Switch to ceramics and you won't have the issue. I run the stock pads because they are great on a road course.

I can live with it now, if it gets worse will do the switch.

Didn't you properly bed your brakes when you bought the car?

When you need to get new pads, make sure to bed your brakes.
