Wow that's messed up. Ya they won't be getting anymore and probably know that so they are going to get as much for this one as they can. Makes me feel even better about getting mine for $1000 over invoice.

Ya, I had a dealer in Denver, Christopher Dodge give me a great price of $99,900 on one in route! Some of these dealers can go f themselves...

Seriously!? Sadly there are people with the money who will do it too. Agreed! It's good to let people know about these dealers too. Once they get exposed they tend to change their tunes. With the way things can go viral in an instant you would think they wouldn't do crap like that. But they do.

I was curious how those rims would look on black pearl, I actually like it. I bought one that was already ordered. Only thing it didn't have that I really wanted was the pearl paint, got regular black instead. I'll save 11k to wait a few weeks lol

Lol, actually I just bought the car. Took me about a week to convince them that MSRP was the way to go. Then after finding I was military they were quite happy to go even lover and toss in a few extras at nearly no cost. Over all I could not be more happy with the experience and I LOVE the car.

Are you in Denver? Did you buy the one at Christopher Dodge?

No the Black one at Zeigler that this thread was made about. I called them when I first saw the posting and inquired...only to hear about the 10K markup. I said no thanks but if they wanted to come down to MSRP I'd be happy to do a deal. About a week later they called back and said they would do 5K. Again I said no thanks but if they wanted to do MSRP I'd put down a payment on my credit card and fly up to drive the car home. They said they had another person that was interested in it at 5K. I said that was good for them, someone would pay it I was sure, but not me. Call back if they changed their minds. They called back 10 mins later and said they would do MSRP if I was willing to put down a payment immediately. I said sure, that's what I offered a week ago. Then when I got up there and they found out my backround they were willing to go even lower and to work out some other bennies for me. They have a huge amount of personell that are former military there. Over all, I could not be happier with the car, or the experience at the dealership. After we came to an agreement, they were wonderful.

I'm right there with you. I saw that Charger and thought about calling about it but I was talking to a dealership in Tinley Park that had a Charger "enroute." Found out it was still in VON status. However I found a dealer just south in Indiana that had one in transit and they were selling at MSRP. Gave them my $5K and the rest will soon be history.

I just realized we have the same build. Phantom Black with brass monkey wheels. That dealer pages makes it look real good.
