In addition to the highly anticipated Momentum intake discussed here: aFe POWER Momentum Intake - Hellcat 37HP - Over 700WHP SRT Hellcat Forum

We also may put into production a Carbon Fiber version of the Momentum, and thought I would post the engineering rendering for you guys to see first!

Could this be made a piece just added to the regular momentum or replace the plastic piece?

Thanks a lot, just great now I need to do another post as everyone is going to want this.

I don't suppose that we could be this as a separate part at a later date if the other version is available sooner?

    It's just for appearance.

I will check with the engineering team. I believe this would be integrated into the housing and require a different mold, but I can check. There may be an upgrade path in purchasing just the housing (and not the tube), but a big part of the expense would be in the housing.

This would be a more expensive kit for sure, it will take both materials and production labor on our end to assemble.

Ok I must be confused in looking at the car drawing I thought it was just the top cover in carbon fibre not not the entire unit.

It looks as tho its just the top part but I could be wrong. It would be really awesome if these carbon tops could be made as an accessory add on with even logos like the hellcat head. Idk either way it looks sharp

I have to see how it would be built.

We would love to use the Hellcat logo, but if you think that thing isn't trademarked... ;)

It looks nice, But I don't think I would pay any more for it. Now if it was a complete carbon unit that would be different. Something like the JLT for the GT 500. but not a fan of the carbon screw on piece. Im not knocking it, just going you my honest opinion.
