This maybe a repost, if so sorry.

I was wondering, this whole allocation thing should be a matter of simple math.

How many qualified dealers are there in the US?

Take that number and divide it into the number of Hellcats Dodge said they would make.

That should give an average allocation across all dealers.

I am just wondering if that number was greater than 12. One per month maximum.

    Example:
    8000÷2400= 3.33333
    Cars built ÷ dealers = 3

The numbers never looked good - even if you just went by averages. Factor in allocation (some dealers got 10 and others got 0) even tripling production could mean that some dealers still might not receive a Hellcat in 2016. The big dealers have multiple ways of circumventing (defeating) FCA's allocation procedure, they will never lose their allocation.

My '15 car is built and in transit from a small town dealer. That dealer can't even get his rep. to respond as to if he'll get onother one for '16.
How's he supposed to take an order with zero allocation?

And it's Dodge only. Chrysler and Jeep sales don't count.

A small dealer in a relatively small city that sells all 3 brands compared to a dealer in a much larger city that sells only the Dodge brand has a huge difference for allocation. Unfortunately the bigger dealer adds 20k ADM.

That has been my situation for 334 days.
