Aluminum DS Replacement Procedure?

    Dr Buick did one back in the spring.. search it.. it's pretty straight forward

    I'm sure it is straight forward, done this dozens of times on my C2 & C3 Corvettes.
    Was hoping this could be done without removing the exhaust system, but unfortunately that's not the case.:(

    That has been done before. People have unbolted the rear of the exhaust and let it hang down to access the DS. The exhaust is really simple to remove, its just HEAVY!

    A car lift, two dudes, 10 minutes and it's ALL out of the way. Easier to torque. A bit awkward, and I beg to differ not real heavy.
