I'm not sure, but I don't think you'll need to call the bomb squad.

I was wondering the same thing just didn't get around to asking. Now I know that I don't need it. Thanks fnkychkn!

I think your dog thought it was for him/her.

After many sleepless nights waiting for your hellcat, many future owners get whats now called "hellcat hair".

That part is a hair pic used too get the knots out,you can also put it on your key(fob) chain.

I found one of these in my floorboard and wondered what it was, too. I thought it looked like something that would clip to the seatbelt, but didn't know what/why. That's interesting fnkychkn! Kind of surprised it wasn't seen and taken out before I got the car; not a big deal obviously.

I transport a lot of dogs (I do large dog rescue) & this has been by far the best seat cover I've used:
Amazon.com Deluxe Quilted and Padded seat cover with Non-Slip Fabric in Seat Area for Pets - One Size Fits All 56 Wx94 L Black Pet Supplies

I also have this for double protection since I frequently don't know how well a dog will travel & they sometimes puke in the car
    http://www.amazon.com/Solvit-62313-...qid=1431958211&sr=8-1&keywords=dog+seat+cover

Dogs slide around on the Solvit one, but are OK on the quilted one. If a dog is really dirty or smelly, I'll toss an old bed sheet on top of the other covers - much easier to wash after or even pull off & toss in the trunk (or trash).

These are great too, saves your door panels from getting trashed & drooled on :D

Don't throw them away as in 30 years these will be needed when doing a restoration. Since they came in the car from the factory
