Just curious if anyone has dealt with the third party ISG for a buyback or replacement of your cat due to issues??

Dealt with them on a dodge nitro buyback...but to be honest everything went thru the lemon law attorneys I hired. I just showed up at dealership with car and signed ISG paperwork for full buyback.

Ok. My situation is a tad different, going thru dodge and Isg. Things got a tad hot to say the least.

Not for my Hellcat. But I did have to deal with ISG for my Charger which once they did I bought a Hellcat the same day. It happened in June.

I used a lemon law attorneys as well. Dodge took 6 months too long to fix everything. I got fed up and hired a lawyer. From hiring a lawyer to having ISG take possession of the vehicle took 3-4 weeks.

It's been almost 2 months since isg first got involved, and I still have the vehicle awaiting a check from them.

Luckily (so far) I've never had to deal with a lemon. Who is ISG (some independent outfit FCA uses or what).

Are there attorneys that specialize in Lemon Laws? Curious how costly engaging the attorney was. Seems like at 3 to 4 from lawyering up to turning car over is darn quick (which is a good thing).

viperr817 what issue(s) are you having and what caused things to get so 'hot'?

Underbody fire. Appears it was caused due to a transmission line popping loose spraying cat converter.

They are definately not very quick to act, and dont return calls nor emails in a timeline i see fit. I did not involve an attorney, but was dam close to, good luck to you, call them everyday maybe srt too.

I would have hired one. It helps out ALOT. Your return is much greater and FCA is liable to pay your attorney fees.

If you google ISG they have a direct website. It's hit or mess. If you had hired a lawyer, you would have gotten a faster response. I know my lawyer at the time did say that the reason for the delay is to set up appointments for the ISG rep to meet you at the dealership for all the paperwork to be signed over. Once he locked that on, I was told to meet at the dealer at said name time and everything was done.

My checks have cleared and I still have the firecat. Awaiting pickup. It's been almost two weeks sitting in my garage taking up valuable space.
