Has anyone done the 3.10 pulley options? This supposedly only adds 1-2 psi of boost.

Can the stock PCM adjust for this or is a tune still required?

I would think the computer could compensate for 1-2psi with no tune at all. The maf should tell the computer to add fuel. I would make for dang sure you are running 93 and above tho.

Curious to see what the WOT wideband numbers look like.

The 3.10" pulley is intended for applications also equipped with the Innovators West or ATI overdrive balancer. We never considered it a stand-alone upgrade, but there's no reason you couldn't use it that way.
As a manufacturer, we would never recommend a pulley change without a tune. However, there may be certain circumstances (or even certain cars) that could get away with this added airflow without the normal PCM revisions. In all situations, we would strongly recommend that the car's tune with the pulley at least be looked at by a competent tuner to confirm that it is safe for all driving conditions.

My opinion, though, is that this question is actually one best posed to a tuner, as there may be changes necessary to the calibration to take advantage of the higher boost level, like wastegate functionality.

Rick, I was told by numerous tuners on here that even with the 3.10" pulley alone, a tune is mandatory. That is why some of us haven't gone this route because if you have to tune anyways, you might as well run a 2.85 and make some serious power.

I use the 3.10 with the stock tune, I see about 1.5 lbs of boost. I do live at 5,200 ft asl so it puts me at 9-10 lbs . I use it for cruising around town and when I don't feel like mixing pump 101 with 91 to make 93 octane for my 2.85 pulley and tune.

I've now the 3.10" pulley with the ATI 10% OD installed.
But wich belt is the right?
The Gates K100594HD (the right One for the ATI 10% OD only) is a little bit to long, i've got belt slip at higher rpm's
    Thx Marc!

I don't have belt data on that specific pulley combination, so it may require some quick experimentation.
Can you post a pic that shows the tension indicator on the back of the tensioner assembly? The image below shows a belt on the tight side.

Don't u make a larger tensioner to increase belt wrap? That may help m.p.l

I'm running my built hellcat motor on a 3.10 upper on 91 and q16 and 2.6 upper pulley on q16 for my 70 charger built.
