    I ordered a Challenger Hellcat and will not be able to take it now. It will be in Calgary, Alberta tomorrow. Looking to sell it for what the dealership is charging me, roughly $69,000 US (all in). It cost me $89,500 including all fees and taxes (Canadian).

    -A8
    -Torred Red
    -Nav
    -Upgraded tires

    There are probably a lot of people in the US that would give you $69k for a delivered car with proper paperwork.

    Can a Canadian vehicle be registered in the United States? Or would the EPA give you a hard time? If it's sold in the US, does it sell for the USA MSRP?

    I was told by the dealership that if the car is used it can be sold into the states. This car is considered used as I would purchase it from the dealership. I can purcahse warranty that is transferable for the states.

    Keep in mind that in the US (going from state to state) for emissions it must not only be 'used' but also be over 7,500 miles (depending on which state). I had a buddy who had trouble registering a used 50 state ZL1 Camaro because it had under that mileage amount. About 14 states adopted California emission standards and will only accept a car that says "CA" certified now. Not even '50 state' on the label is acceptable to them, if the car has under 7,500 miles, even if 'used'. It gets very confusing. I would think these same laws would apply to a car from Canada too but not sure.

    CLICK: States (14) Adopting California's Clean Cars Standards

    ==============================
    This basically sums up the 14 states that adopted California standards (since they all follow same rules)

    EXAMPLE: DMV CLICK WA

    Used vehicles must be certified to California emission standards if you live in any of these 14 states
    • The vehicle is a 2009 or newer model.
    • The vehicle has less than 7,500 miles on the odometer.
