JUst curious i know a lot of people went Z23 for lower dust, that doesn't actually bother me. Just wondering if anyone has been running the z26 pads and are they comparable to stock pads? I've read a decent back and forth on yes,no, so just curious what the experiences have been. I have some track time and some spirited canyon drives coming up, and can't afford to loose breaking performance on a tight canyon road

they are the same pad material. Just different backing materials for heat dissipation.

Yea thats about all i know as well. I just hear back and forth on the pads overall, wondering if they really are comparable or not to stock performance, the brake dust really isn't a concern for me as much

Z23 are a horrible road racing track pad. I had them overheat on the warm up lap two times. They are not meant for the track. Do a search here and you will find lots of discussion. I am an instructor.

Yea i found all those threads, and in almost every thread it was still back and forth ,people say they are worse, some say equal. Just didn't know if anyone had any experience using the Z26. Yes i know know they are the same material etc, just wondering if anyone has used them and what they have experienced.

I put Z26 pads on a while back. I changed them on account of the dust(my brother's using my original front ones on his ZO6, he tracks his car and says they brake better than his originals). I haven't tried to see how well they brake, but, with my type of driving, I don't notice any difference in the stopping, but, like the "basic no dust" part.:D
