So you have a Hellcat with a manual transmission and you wanna make some hard runs with drag radials or slicks only too find that the OE clutch just isn't up to the task.
    I know I did....
Which lead me on a search for a new clutch that won't self destruct during a hard launch on a sticky track with slicks or drag radials and STILL be street able.

Our prayers have been answered in a big way IMHO

I have a Billet clutch being machined as I type :D

And not just any clutch ohhhhh No :D

Bad Boyzz Garage (BBG) was the company Mopar hired to build the first Hellcat clutch kits for destructive testing of the new supercharged driveline components.
    (TR6060 and rear diff)
What BBG built was designed for Maximum torque capacity with Smooth pedal modulation and effort.
BBG's non-compete agreement with Mopar has now ended and the Billet is ready to machine.
Bad Boyzz Garage are Viper specialists and have been building race components for Team Viper/Chrysler since 2009 with Great Sucess!!

Here are a few pics of a prototype hellcat getting some Bad Boyzz upgrades at Chryslers Centreline Development Center in Detriot Michigan by Toddy Owner of BBG.

    image.jpeg image.jpeg

Available and made to order billet twin plate, and billet triple plate clutches that include flywheels.
Billet twin plate is rated for 900wtq and the triple is rated at 1300wtq!!!!

So you have a 6spd and want more power, well now you can add it KNOWING there is a clutch available that can take it!

Call Big Boyzz Garage and ask for Toddy Gomez 916 505 9026 for pricing and more info.
Tell him Chris sent you and he will look after you.

More pics coming :) in next post.

Pound away bro but still go after FCA for an OEM as a spare, they will give you one if you fight about it.

    Sounds like Snake Oil story.
Why would a small outfit like that be involved?
SRT has contracts with major racing teams.
Mcleod Racing Clutches has worked side by side with Tremec.
Sorry but that story smells.. And Floats..

I read clutch, I also see a new pressure plate assembly. Two questions, how much MORE pedal pressure will you have and is the current linkage up to the task after you install the beefier units.

Had the same problem after modifying a car decades ago. Gave it substantially more zip, blew clutches at will. No problem, got a street/strip clutch and did not screw around installed a "Pro-Stock" (whatever was there in the late 70's) pressure plate to lock it all down. Then had to re-build the linkage to the pedal. THEN had to do more leg presses! But it did work as long as I owned it after that.

It's a must for consistent pedal pressure and clutch engagement for High performance use at the drag strips, auto X, road course and aggressive street driving.
Twin disc is Very close to stock pedal pressure!!!!!!
    Contact Toddy for further details.

Is that because those are hydraulic lines to the throw-out bearing?

Thanks for the info. That looks like some very high quality stuff. I'm guessing pretty high dollar also. But sometimes ya gotta to play!

Yes it's a complete kit for install includes new slave cylinder etc to make maximum use of the clutch.
I'm told the twin doesn't have much more pedal pressure than stock but can take 900wtq in a Hellcat.
Mine is under construction so you will have to wait until spring to see my 10.99 slip.
Very confident the car is capable with one of these clutches ;)
I will post pics of the set up as they become avaliable.

Any help for the 6 bangers is a step in the right direction, as far as them manufacturing the parts? but that doesn't matter if they work, looking forward in your testing Sub.

Some of the fastest 5-6 speed racers in the world making over 1300 rwhp with a tremec use McLeod. I never heard of bad boy in drag racing circles.
