Btw where do I buy that awesome SRT cover on the left and the billet catch can oil? Their site shows 5.7 and 6.1 is that it?

Disclaimer: I don't work for Billet Technology, but have done business with them for many years.

If you didn't get custom engraving and especially, anodizing you should get yours very soon. Engraving can extend the time about a week and anodizing could add another two weeks.

Scott actually brought mine to me at the SE Shindig. They already had a "standard" catch can that was anodized red on their shelf and the support was satin, which no additional time. They were just completed and tested the week mine was brought to me.

Hey SRChallenger send us over an email to support@billettechnology.com we have been shipping Hellcat catch cans daily and just received a bunch of color and polish back today if we have not shipped yours yet we can definite give you an ETA on assembly. Once we introduced our product a couple weeks ago for the Hellcats we received way more than we anticpated (over 50) and ramped up our Hellcat quick connector kit that goes with the can to keep pace with our inventory already on the shelf ready to build in satin or send off to color (of which we send parts to plate 2-3 times per week). Thanks so much.

Might this be your first consideration of a catch can on a modern Mopar Hemi motor? If yes, then like me, you'd be surprised how much oil will be caught in can.

Do you want it quantified in terms like ounces/1000 miles?

I have them on both my Magnum and Durango so I'm aware of what they do. But this motor was designed with it's own "catch can" system. It just seems a little redundant unless you are going to increase the boost. So if you guys are really catching the oil that I catch in the Magnum and Durango then I'm in. If not I'm going to save my money.

I've only had mine on for a couple hundred miles, but I'll check it at about 1000 miles (which could take a little while longer than usual; I have hip replacement surgery next Wednesday and may be out of commission for a few weeks. It is the left hip, so I might be driving in a three or four weeks.)

I'll take a look-see next Tuesday morning before driving (so it's not too hot) and see if there is any oil by then.

This morning I checked the catch can for oil.
There was a small amount: about enough to cover the bottom of the can. I probably had a couple hundred miles on it.
