Has anyone heard these 2 catbacks on the hellcat? Wondering what one would be the better option. I love the sound of how deep it is now so i dont want it to sound raspy

While I considered both of those catbacks, I was hesitant to deal with the active exhaust valves and decided on going with an axle-back exhaust. I chose the only one I could find at this moment, the 3" MagnaFlow Axle-back.

It was an easy installation over the 2 3/4" stock pipes that need to be cut off. Uses existing hangers. Ease in correct location of the tips.
The sound difference is less than I thought it would be. It is a little louder, a little deeper and fuller. And the tips look more aggressive (IMO). I have a Charger.

They make both a Charger and Challenger axle-back

I already talked to a shop close by and they said they have done some hellcats so the active exhaust isnt to hard for them

I had a Borla ATAK on my 2012 392 Challenger and had to take it off due to the drone being so bad.

Search this site for borla. I've posted vids of when they did the testing on my car.
I don't think mines too loud, but my neighbors may disagree!
    No droning or raspiness IMO.

If anyone has questions on the Solo Performance kits, I am the rep for them on here. Feel free to message me or post. We now have 3 available kits for this car, each with its own volume level, but with the same deep and aggressive Solo tone. We also have J pipes on ours, which eliminate the drone. BWoody runs our kit on their track car as well.

We have the following three kits:

Street Race: X pipe only, no mufflers, J pipes, super aggressive (LOUDEST)
Mach: Mach muffler (x pipe is built inside the muffler), J pipes, Moderate (QUIETEST)
Mach Shorty: Mach Shorty muffler (x pipe built inside the muffler), J pipes, Moderate aggressive (MIDDLE)

The Mach (quietest kit) is about 15% louder and 15% deeper than stock.

I have the Mach on mine. I had the Street Race before that, and I am putting the Mach shorty on this week. I wanted to install all three to get a live perspective on the different volume levels. They sound insane, and I get so many compliments at shows. I was hesitant to change at first because stock sounds so good already, but it was a well worth it improvement.

The solo exhaust sounds amazing and no drone at all. Driving at normal cruising speeds, it's near stock sound. Once you hammer it, the sound is amazing and music to my ears. ;-)

If you need anything, please don't hesitate to email or call.

    Thanks!
