Currently have challenger hellcat with 6100 miles. Noticed around the 4k mark the brakes squeak when coming to a stop. Its not crazy, just a second or 3 prior to stopping. any idea why?

Normal for racing type brakes but fixable. Bed the brakes in.....Go somewhere where there is no traffic. Speed up to 60mph then get hard on the brakes to the point they are about to lock up. When you slow down to 30mph rapidly speed back up to 60mph and then get on the brakes again. Do this 7 times then drive for about 10 minutes without touching the brakes (VERY IMPORTANT).

You may have to repeat this again but probably not. I have owned 5 SRT vehicles and everyone one of them had squeaky brakes. Some more than others but the bedding in stopped the squeak though sometimes you have to do it again after several thousand miles.

Same thing happen to mine at about 4K also, I was changing them anyway to the power stop ceramics pads and bedded them like Tncharger said. Now at 5200 miles and no noise at all.
