Phase 1 was American Racing Long Tube Headers, mid pipe delete,10% lower pulley, Custom Dyno Tune.
    Those results were 740 RWHP.
Phase 2 next week will include 2.65 upper pulley, 1380 injectors and E85 conversion. Custom DYNO Tune
    Any body with the setup?
What RWHP will I end up with?

Did you dyno before mods? What was the RWHP then?

Doc Buick and some other members have done the E85 fuel conversion, I am not sure of the specifics of his build, I do believe he sold the car. That E85 fuel conversion is not cheap, but once done, fuel is a lot less expensive than race gas. I am little jealous, there is only one station within 1 hour of me carries E85 so not really an option for us, unless we buy from VP in bulk. Each pound of additional boost in around 20 to 30 HP, therefore, I think you should be in the 950 to 1,000 HP, range, just a guess, of course if depends on what type of dyno, is it corrected, etc. Your boost should be between 20 to 22 pounds depending on elevation.

As a friend of mine used to say, dyno is just a tool, the track tells all, get it to the track and see how that Cat runs. Sounds like a real exciting build.

Ding Ding Ding Cole wins the prize! (he is the only participant:))

First of all a huge shout out to the team at Serious Horse Power in Houston, these boys rock! I live in San Antonio, 3 hour drive door to door. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning and picked it up on Thursday night. They turned out the work in a 48 hour turn around, not getting service like that any where around San Antonio. One week minimum which ALWAYS goes deep into the second week. Great staff, very professional and friendly. I highly recommend the boys at SHP!

Phase 1: American Racing Long Tube Headers, mid pipe delete,10% lower pulley, Custom Dyno Tune.
Those results were 740 RWHP / 695 Torque (local company dynojet. Base line at SHP 710 RWHP / 665 Torque)

Phase 2: 2.65 upper pulley, 1380 injectors and E85 conversion. Custom Dyno Tune 940 RWHP / 870 Torque
Cost was very reasonable for this upgrade. If you have access to E85 this is a must do for max gains of cheap horsepower!
    Thrilled!:D

Congratulations, your Cat making good power. Good numbers, enjoy it, get to the track, you should be well in the 9's. We may have to enlist you into Team Hellcat (we teach you the secret hand shake). ;););)

The reason I went with Serious Horse Power is that they claim they have done E85 on close to 30 Hellcats. They were obviously very qualified and knowledgeable.
They informed me that the Hellcats already have the appropriate fuel lines and fuel rails for E85. Their preference was a Kenny Bell Boost-A- Pump for the needed extra fuel delivery.

Are you absolutely certain that a complete new fuel system was not installed? The Kenny Bell Boost pump just ups the voltage going to the fuel pump. However by using E85 your are dramatically increasing fuel flow, hence the large injectors.

Positive. I gave them the 1000 questions, I read every thread and quoted them all in our prebuild consolations. He had all the answers. All I can say is give Michael a call, they know there stuff, 30+ Hellcats done one of them has over 30,000 miles.

Thanks for the information, I already have a Keny Bell boost pump so I may only need injectors, time to do a Johnny Quest. $ 15 dollars a gallon for race gas or $ 2.50 (or less for E85), I may have to take another look into this, even with the limited availability on east coast.

SWEET!!! I'm really good at PR. If I can schmooze legislators and convince them to do what I want, PR for racers would be easy, everyone loves a good car race! Not so much a political raceo_O
