I don't understand the physics in how this can result in a 2 psi boost gain.

Furthermore, if that's true, wouldn't it require tuning to offset the increased boost?

I think it has more to do with preventing boost lost rather than any gain over the stock 11psi

My question is how does it prevent boost loss when the PCV is in the supercharger inlet. No boost there.

Sorry guys new website launched feb 1st and some items do not have the correct verbage, it was corrected it should say:

"Stop the boost leak through your pcv system now! Customers have reported up to a 2psi gain once the check valve was installed on their Aftermarket F/I HEMI. On the Hellcat the check valve does not increase the boost level it just prevents any boost bleed off from the bypass valve from entering the PCV system thus preventing crank case pressurizing. The BWoody check valve is the most affordable checkvalve on the market!!"

I'm a little confused on the new verb age Mike, still have no clue how someone could gain boost?

We sold this same check valve for customers who add superchargers to the 6.1 - 6.4 based Hemi's, when they installed an aftermarket supercharger they would get boost bleed from the intake manifold into the crankcase VIA the PCV system, on the 6.1l and 6.4l Hemi the intake charge is pressurized before the throttle body and before the PCV system. By no means are we advertising that the Hellcat will gain any boost because it absolutely will not! The check valve for the hellcat is offered as a backup so as when the bypass valve opens up (which is right by the PCV line ) there is no chance of any boost bleed into the crank case. AGIAN this will not increase your boost on the HELLCAT no way.....No how!!!

Is there any way you could post pictures as to how the check valves should be installed? Also- I assume this can be done on both passenger and drivers side.. Is that the case?
