I am at a point wondering which CAI is worth buying. Is it the aFE, the BWoody or the K&N Typhoon? Or at this point will I waste my money buying any of the 3 CAI's without having Diablosport come out with a tune for my Trinity Tuner? Any opinions and inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Bwoody appears to flow the best...

Correct me if Im wrong, but does it not look like "real" HP gains are ZIP or minor without a tune no matter what is used over stock?
I will never use any wet filter with a MAF sensor as I have had issues early on with Ford products. Not that my MAF sensor failed, but did get contaminated with oil often and required lots of cleanings as performance suffered after only a few hundred miles.
That huge open vent on the hood will let rain in keeps me away from most open CAI as I prefer water to stay outside of my engine.
With the fact that SRT put so much engineering into that stock box, I figure those guys and gals in white lab coats know lots more than I do about air flow, so stock is good enough for me!
That stock paper filter, changed often will keep more dirt out of my engine than aftermarket IMO... That is important to me as well as air flow.

Does the BWoody come with the color coordinated rain shield?

On a stock engine, all after market CAI appear to be ineffective in providing additional HP.

    What no matching galoshes?

Until there is a tuner, saving my $ since it only be a fashion statement and not a functional HP adder.
