I am thinking of picking up a Car Capsule Showcase model for my hellcat, I am wondering if theres a need for a car cover on top of the Car Capsule? I don't see why, but I thought I would ask.

I have a cover on mine under the bubble, I think its a good idea since u have to roll the plastic over your car to install the bubble, and it lays on it until it inflates. sliding the plastic on your paint, might not be good.

Get a Carcoon... better, and it remains free standing... drive in like a garage.

I'm getting the showcase one that is free standing that you drive into. That way I don't have anything laying on the paint.

I pick it up tomorrow then have a work holiday party. I will be setting it up on Saturday. the website says it is 7 feet 2 inches tall. My garage door arm gives me 7 feet 3inches. So I hope it works...

U might have an issue because when inflated the middle expands about 6" I believe

Yes. The car is longer than 16 feet so I didn't think I had a choice.
