Just checked my online statement and noticed my insurance is going up $900 per year because they claim more information has come out that the HC's are more expensive to repair due to parts being so expensive.

I say BS and already shopping around. Beware i guess since more and more HC's are hitting the road morons who can't drive are wreaking them:mad: Don't be surprised if your policy goes up unexpectedly.

I left Gieco for the same reason. Rate increase with little explanation. I switched to Nationwide with better coverage and full car replacement for 590 every six months. I'm a Oregon driver age 34 perfect record and excellent credit .

Gieco wanted $200/month from me as well (27yo/clean record). That was up $70/month from what I was paying for my 14 Mazda 6. I called State farm and they took a HC VIN with apples to apples from my gieco plan, and quoted me $140/month. Shop everywhere you can man. Insurance is the biggest scam in the world.
