The window tint guy unhooked my battery today to keep the windows from rolling up or down when shutting the doors. When he was finished and brought it to me, the engine wouldn't shut off. It's also not recognizing the red key, saying it only has 500hp, even with the red key. I had to stall the engine to shut it off when I got home. I've unhooked the battery a couple times, hoping it would reset, but it hasn't yet. The battery is unhooked now, gonna leave it that way overnight.

Any suggestions or thoughts on WTH happened or what I can do to fix it??

Probably end up at the dealer.

That is very strange. Definitely sounds like a PCU issue. Get that thing re flashed at the dealership and hopefully it goes away.

Did you short positive lead to ground after disconnecting from battery, if not do that turn on lights with positive lead to ground. Wait a few minutes re attach see if that does It.

Try this. Disconnect both battery cables so there is nothing on battery. Hold the two cables together for 60 seconds and then hook back up and see what happens

Sounds like he got water in your front windshield and that's a big no no with the hellcat. Probably shorted some stuff out. Maybe get a fan going to dry the front windshield out over night and pray it works again. Other people have posted same issues with front window tint. Good luck.

I have them do my way to alleviate arc welding due to poor reading skills and no common sense
