With the weather a little better here the last few days in PA I was finally able to drive my cat to work yesterday. I read some other posts asking what it's like to drive a hellcat, well here you go. Driving south on rt 95 going 120 mph (smooth as silk and rock solid) was exhilarating! Pull back to cruise at 80 mph (getting 23 mpg) in the tall 8 speed auto all while being pampered by satellite radio, heated wheel/seat, nav etc was incredible.

I have to say, it was my best move canceling my ordered car (that seemed to never come) and buy one from a dealer stock. What a car, and I congratulate (and thank) Dodge for having the balls to build such a machine.

Can't wait to break it in and head to Atco Raceway!

I can relate. Had a chance to finish off the break in (A8) last Sunday and get use to the paddle shifters....Had a blast.....totally interactive with all those gears. Downshifting all the time trying to keep the RPM's up. It will only get better....

Still some road salt, but had to take it out. Will wash off top/bottom of car tomorrow before have to put away agin (bad weather comin in again).

Paddle shifters are cool, amazing how fast it shifts!
