Just a quick caution for anyone looking at a 2015 Hellcat. I just purchased mine and it was sold as new off the showroom. When I activated the UConnect an hour later I found out my free year started 3 months earlier when the car was sold. I also found out the warranty started 3 months earlier and I was listed as the second owner. The dealer had "sold" the car to his wife so he could order another Hellcat. It only had 12 miles but technically was not new. SRT customer service is investigating this now for me but I am not sure they can fix it. Be aware!

You say the car was sold as new. Did the purchase order (or whatever they use in TX) indicate the car was new on the paperwork? If not, and you don't have anything in writing, that would be a problem.

Get them to give you an extended warranty and have them give you an extra year of SXM (that is easy for them to do) and you will probably be as close to square as you are going to get.

I am going to see if they make it right before I post the dealer. They do have another one on eBay now though so PM if you are ready to push buy.

At the very least I would send a note with the docs to the Sales Manager at the Texas Business Center for FCA

He is on LinkedIn. I have a friend/customer in the Detroit area that knows him. Not sure he would do anything though.

If he registered the car with his wife's name then you got a used car. It really comes down to what the buyers guide says. If the paperwork says its new then they lied to you and you can prove it. Did you trade anything in? If so did you get tax savingings on the difference? That's another way to prove they lied. if anything points to you have ping bought a used car you can go back and ask for a refund or money back I believe.

IMO you should consult an attorney. That's fraud to me. And have them generate letters threatening litigation as well as mass public disclosure and engaging your state atty. general. And to FCA. And media.

Likely you'd end up with a VERY steep discounted car / refund. To keep a lid on it.

I would bet dealer told/reported the car to FCA as sold but never titled it..
But 11 miles on delivery?! Come on man! Lots folk be happy to have the cat!
Dealer pulled some rabbits out of he's ass to get product and you have that rare product. And now you want to crucify dealer.
11 miles, great car.. You won! Free radio increase and oil change from dealer and call it a day bro! Life's too short and too many looking to get over.. Don't be like that

The title will be most important in this case. If I'm the first titled owner then I'm happy.

It's a piece but they were dishonest and at the price point if an atty felt it was fraud or they acted illegally it's a very serious matter. Op try what I said 1st consult usually free worst case goes nowhere best case = $$$ to you.
