guess what we all feared was true might just be....
It's sad that an employee of 27yrs has to have doubts of ever seeing a car, makes us Average CANADIANS wanna give up. I mean really, a lottery??
Nobody mentioned that 10months ago when they took my deposit and gave me a VON
Good luck to my fellow CANADIANS , personally I've never won a lottery , not even a free ticket...

I'm happy for everyone that's got a cat.
But some things are hard to swallow and I will not be a buyer for a 2016.
My order was placed JULY 24 2014 and ACCEPTED by dodge a week later, given a VON . In 2 days I start my 10th month of waiting and wondering ......
I WILL NOT WAIT ANOTHER YEAR OR MORE!!
I don't care if it comes with a pot of gold in the trunk and lays rainbow coloured 11's if they don't build me a 2015 as promised I won't be a buyer for a 2016

The lottery the article speaks of is the allocation process FCA has/had in place.

He needs to check under the fuse/relay box cover. See if it's a Brampton Builder signature edition. Those are the rarest of the rare :D

I wish mine was but it was in Angola, NY when I did the deal to purchase. Oh well, next time LOL.

240 cars for the entire country, the might as well be picking allocations from a hat. Probably are or a dart board as others have suggested.
How many years production are already sold out in Canada?????
300 cars pr yr, probably a couple thousand orders already........

The ONLY source of real info for CANADIANS is this forum. I have no idea how many are in the system but I suspect there are at least 500 orders in Ontario alone. 10 months and I still can't get info from anyone

Interesting... I'm only asking because 240 is all relative to how much demand there is. Still stinks when you want a cat and you can't get one. I never saw any other situation where it was so hard to give away $70K hard earned $$$$ (roughly by the time you pay the piper -- tax, tags, insurance blah blah blah).

    I agree 100%
Closer to 80K or MORE with the new msrp up here. When I ordered it was 63195 plus taxes and options which brought my total to 79K
With the new msrp in Canada being 8k higher than when I ordered, closer to 90K would be the price for those in Ontario late to the game....
    13% tax here :(
