Anyone use Cilajet? Thoughts on it? I put it on my girlfriends new Mercedes a few months ago it looks good. I just go through regular touchless wash no wax or protectants. Nice car just dont want to spend any time waxing it. I'm a Zaino guy did my Prowlers & Vipers with it love it. Any other suggestions for my new Cat?

I have never heard of it. Just looked them up..interesting. I haven't looked around for anything different since I discovered Zaino some years back.

I had it done by dealer and seems to work just fine. Will have to see how it last.

Local Mercedes dealership swears by it--they do all their black cars especially. I will do my cat in a few months.

Dealership did mine as well. It does make a noticeable difference especially after being washed. Has that just waxed look every time. Surprised I haven't heard more about it here on the forums. Appears to be fairly similar to CQuartz. Although Cilajet claims it can last up to 5 years whereas CQuartz says around 2 years, possibly more. They also hit the inside of the vehicle with the Cilajet.

Attended Columbus Ohio Auto Show yesterday, local detail shop had a Challenger 392 B5 on display with Cilajet. Looked ok but the lighting was poor where they were located in the convention center. Quoted about $800. Comes with ten year warranty and they will reapply at five years no charge. Thought it was odd they were not familiar with Cquartz. I have read good things about Cquartz on this site but there are no shops near me that do Cquartz.

I did Cilajet on a 2012 GT500 I had. While it does work and is probably better than a standard wax, I have since transitioned over to Ceramic Pro. Ceramic Pro is more expensive, and is only able to be applied through authorized dealerships, but its night and day difference in comparison.

Cilajet is fine. I wash my car and looks like it's perpetually waxed. The dealership did inside AND outside. Key word being inside.

What can they possibly do to the interior? Not quite understanding what this stuff is. A spray?

Yeah. It repels water and stains on the interior as well.
