contact suggestions and info please

    As some of you may have read in other threads, I recently cancelled a duplicate order. My dealer claims to have cancelled thru FCA and shredded my order docs.
    I'd like to send an email to FCA and /or SRT just to try to keep the dealer honest.

    I went to drivesrt and tried the contact tab but I can't seem to get that feature to work on my phone.
    Does anyone have any suggestions as to whom I should try to contact?
    Also if any has email addresses for good contacts, please share.

    Tk9@chrysler.com is Tim Kuniskis email. SRT customer service group can't check on any VON orders but they can pull up VIN. Tim takes up to about 3 weeks to reply though

    Thanks HCDC. I'll start there. I just want to make it known that the VON assigned to that order is no longer a sold order.
