    What features wanted?

Taking over control no error codes looks like will easy.

Override (open/close) easy looks like can do interrupt at fuse block. Simple circuit design installed there.

But I was thinking features might be wanted, like rpm thresholds, accelerator set points, etc.

Gonna build override interrupt 1st. What else would people like to see?

Well, manual control of exhaust valves (open / close at will, no error codes) DONE! Requires solid state relay, a switch and some simple wiring, and a couple of other parts easily sourced.

Operation: switch override on, valves open. Switch override off, valve control returns to car.

Before I provide details, pics etc, humble support request. I need to source two of the valve assemblies. The support I am seeking:

Can anyone get 2 valve assemblies to me at dealer cost? And if I keep only 1 of them, could I return the other and receive a refund it wouldn't be used? I will pay s&h, including if I return one. I would return it within 30 days of receipt, if it does go back.

(I may find an existing switch to relieve the need for install before sharing all...)

    Thanks much.

(Above is phase 1 design. Phase 2 would be same except all solid state done with circuit / resettable fuse package that will plug into fuse assy. Control would then be by switch (installed but that's more wiring, or, by using 1 or 2 existing switches. If one it would be a momentary switch, held longer than normal, or 2 pressed at same time.). Phase 3 would be Bluetooth addressable, essentially faking out the radio then providing control there. The idea theme is to remove the need for switch install, and get this plug and play, as a simple feature for those that like noise. No comments on impacts to car performance that's not my bag I don't have enough knowledge to say this is a good or bad idea that way...)

Find a wrecked one beyond repair that's already for scrap. Offer a $. Should be cheaper than new.

I can get you the parts at my cost but the shipping would be high and I cannot take them back.

Tallcool1 thx for posting as I had talked about putting a switch on the actuators long ago somewhere here!!! Wish I could help. There's most likely a switch on this car that can be used with a relay and a momentary power timer to not need to put in an aftermarket switch. Although most probably don't need fancy hide a nice little toggle easy

Does that include the smart controls or is it you replace as assy? Also when you replaace do you need to flash ecm at change (can I get a copy of just the procedure steps?) Also is that your cost or retail?

Any existing switch can work haven't spent time on that but the ones I hand in mind might be the garage door ones. But not having wiring or schematics or layouts is a slow deal using them so figured do it with an installed switch then go that route or BT to the HK system may just be as fast but increases cost. Wheel control would be great but limits there without affecting more often used functions. Maybe the ok or cancel switch dunno not focused there 1st.
