Took the cat out this evening way out into the country. Rolling at 66 mph i decided to kick it down. No cars, no cop, no critters to be seen for miles and miles. So at 66 i decided to step on it. Had my foot to the floor until the girlfriend basically had enough and says "baaaaaaaabe" so then i slow down. I let off at 171 mph. She recorded it. 66 to 171 in 26 seconds. I don't like to do that at night, unless the area is fenced. I don't know where you are, but, we have things like deer in these parts that can appear like magic in front of you, kinda makes that insane around here.

Edit...but yes, impressive acceleration. I am lucky my local track turns into a road race circuit and we can get 150-160 down the straight every two minutes,

The area i was at didn't have any dear. Ive lived here my whole life and know the area well. Like i said in the 1st post. No cars, cops, or critters. Also had the gps map on to see how close i was to any potential curve or cross traffic.

Bright, very cool video, my wife and I jump on my car last year getting on the freeway, we were waiting for a slow car to move and stuck beside it at 55, so the wife said just pass him, first time ever jumping in it, we went from 55 to 101 in what seemed like a few seconds, she said I'm never aloud to do that again,, and she said that it's the fastest car she has ever been in...again cool video
