I'm planning on adding door sill guards and moulded splash guards to my HC Challenger when it arrives. Should those be attached before or after CQuartz?

When they apply the CQ stuff do they do the door, trunk and hood sills?

As long as the parts you're installing aren't held on by 3M trim tape or other adhesives, you should be fine waiting to install them after CQuartz is applied. If they are adhesive-mounted, I would recommend installing them before the coating to prevent any adhesion issues.

You will want to check with your particular installer regarding the coating being applied to the sills/jamb areas, as some do and others don't.

    Hope this helps!
