    Hello:

I am brand new to the forum. I actually just bought a HC challenger yesterday, Luckily, my dealership had an allocation and I picked up someones order. Now the car has a D status. Can dodge change the options on my car or will i get the car the way i want? Ive heard the allocations for 2016 come with transmission specs but i have no confirmation that allocations come with color, options specs either. Forgive me if this is a noob question!// I am from montreal canada.
I have a signed ocntract, with deposit and vin, Am i to get the car the way i ordered it?

PS while i was shopping i know of two dealerships in the montreal are that have HC chargers on the floor at mrsp or slightly lower.

one black and one white. ( with sunroofs and laguna sepia in black). they are listed at mrsp or slightly less.

    Welcome to the forum Stefano!
If you want to change options, time is of the essence, you will have to do it NOW,
Without delay, ask your dealer to call the district rep and get your specs changed,
Once you hit code D1 it is too late!
I mada a Canadian only spreadsheet detailing our specefic orders that we use to self track our cars builds,if you are interested,We would like you be a part of it Stefano!

Hello.. I rushed and changed it to my specs. I have confirmation from my sales manager and the territorial district manager as well. ( written confirmation)
The only option i am bummed out about is the transmission allocation. Canada's allocation is supposedly all A8. IS that correct? I would have preffeered a 6 speed.
Secondly I was told that my dealer has all the allocations for Quebec ( my province) and there will be only 4 challengers and 4 chargers for all of Quebec. Now i have to go retrieve my deposits from 2 other dealers and tell them the bad news.. to which they will most likely not believe me that I have a VIN

WELCOME to the forum!! I hope that you get exactly the car that you want, with zero issues and that you get it soon.

Could you tell us what options you got? You know color, interior etc.

By the way, if you look the forum over and see some of us have had or are having issues with our cars,
don't panic, keep reading. Most of us (I'm included) end up getting taken care of by Dodge and end up
"happy campers". So if you get the perfect car, and it has some issue right out of the gate, don't panic,
take a deep breath, relax, and then call your dealer. If you've got a good dealer, they'll work with you and if it's a big issue, Dodge will work with you.

So, don't worry, be happy :) and enjoy the most powerful muscle car EVER!!!!
