While putting a radar detector blend mount on my mirror, I dropped my radar detector and put a ding in the big, silver cool looking face plate that surrounds the info screen and instruments. I try to always cover the area below where I am working with a couple of towels for this very reason. But stupid me did not do it this time. I was thinking about just ordering a replacement and putting it on myself. My question is, how does it come off? Is it held in with spring clips? Or is it held in with screws from the back side? Thanks.

    Thanks very much!!!!!
Exactly what I needed to see.
I hate to start prying on trim stuff and not be quite sure what is on the back.
    The video is perfect.
