I was falling asleep last night and thought of this, since its just under 3 lbs higher, which is about what a 2.85 pulley does, has anyone heard, seen, read anything in regards to if its a slightly smaller size?

The supercharger displacement went up. I doubt the pulley is any different. That would allow the same decoupler to be used across the whole product line.

Rayzazoo said it was the same supercharger belt as Hellcat, so it is same pulley sizes as Hellcat too. That means pulley switch is possible just like what is being done to Hellcat.

Assuming a constant speed ratio between the engine and the blower, a larger blower will make more boost than a smaller one on the same size engine. As engine size goes up, the supercharger will begin to make less boost; therefore, it’s ideal to use a larger blower on larger cubic-inch engines.

Slightly different belt sizes for the 2.75 / 2.85 pulley vs stock.

    Gates K100572HD - 57 7/8 in (length) 1 3/8 in (width) (for Metco 2.75 and 2.85 pulley)
    Gates K100579HD - 58 1/2 in (length) 1 3/8 in (width) (replaces stock 68207171AD)

It sounds like you're suggesting/running the stock belt with a 2.85 pulley, but in the case of the Hellcat and Demon, both use the 68207171AD belt and the supercharger tensioner is the same distance for both Hellcat (left) and Demon (right).

Thank you.. I'd prefer that Demon has similar Pulley as Hellcat that means... Demon is going to be a BEAST once Tuner gets their hands on it
