    "I want my V I N"

This thread is for all us early orderers who watch late orderers getting VINs as we wait.

Please reference your feelings with song lyrics.

Right now its Dire Straits "I want my MTV"

Please, please, please... I want my VIN!

I got bypassed in line. Doesn't matter if you are next in line if Dodge decides to pick and choose what orders to take.

that's been my concern, how are the orders picked up? Should the dealer be proactive before the order is picked up and tell dodge which of the XX orders they have in the system should be next...and is it possible for the dealer to do that?

All I want for Christmas is my VIN.

Foreigner "I've been waiting for a VIN to come into my life"

I ordered on 9/20 and still only have a VON but no VIN. Its very upsetting to see people just jumping in now and already getting VIN numbers. Just my 2 cents...

Frustrations is the word of the day, but let's be honest; is the cat worth waiting for? Could be our dealers are getting the fickle finger of fate for not being the chosen ones. Allotments don't mean anything if our dealers are being held hostage for earlier miscues. By that I mean not ponying up for the SRT franchise. How many of you are in the non-SRT dealership problem? That's the only thing that comes to my mind for not getting a VIN.

I got my limited 2007 Superbee from this dealership without any problems. In fact, only three showed up in our district and my name was on two. Flash forward and can't get a VIN.

I don't know Z. The sales manager wrote a couple emails about me being a local business owner trying to surprise his wife for our anniversary.with a Hellcat. I guess they figured by my 50th anniversary was fine(at 32 right now). Maybe he is a shitty letter writer. I am trying not to care anymore but get pissed at being treated like a piece of dirt.

Not a good idea to support your local mom and pop Chrysler dealer, I guess. No one informed me of that when I ordered

In 1970 when Plymouth introduced the SUPER BIRD there were 1920 built. It was also a rare super car of the times. The media said that 2783 were going to be built, however only 1935 were ever produced. Canadians were only shipped 34, very similar situation 45 years later. It is believed that 1000 are still in existence today. The Hellcat is worth the wait.

No.... big dealers , don't like small dealers, as it cuts into their allocations and ultimately the ADM markup or the opportunity for big bucks on Ebay
