If they built it would you purchase it? Do you think it's a good idea? If you vote other, please elaborate.

Interesting that they based the front end off the Challenger; I would expect it to have the Charger front end if it ever came to fruition. I never liked the Magnums, but knew a guy who had one and loved it. I'd say there is at least a little market for them.

The Magnum is dead and for good reason. Next question.

Not with that front end. I own a Magnum and love it. Now put the Charger front end on it and I'm in!

It too bad if you missed your chance at a Magnum. I got mine and still do.

Somebody needs to do a render with the Charger front end. Really good point brother!

Paladin, the Magnum may be dead in AZ, but in Michigan, the Magnum seems to be the popular car for the "boyz in da hood". Most of them I see have the exhaust tricked out, suspension lowered and 24" spoke rims. Oh, and I can't leave out the sub woofer that rattles your teeth from 6 cars away. Not my cup of tea, but they are popular here.

Counter to what seems as the pervasive "tribal wisdom", I always felt Chrysler under supported and under marketed the Magnum and Pacifica. The bulk of engines used in those two platforms were underwhelming. Both concepts were timely and relevant as the market was in flux. Grocery getters have a place, but they need sparkle and performance to grow a loyal following. Where was the V8 option for the Pacifica and where were the drums beating publicly for the 5.7 and SRT Options for the Magnum? Granted, interior quality was not remarkably high, but the up side with proper planned development and advertising dollars could have easily seen both platforms lead their respective classes in new sales. An opinion only...I am a fan of the Magnum.

I bought my SRT8 in Jan. 2006. I still have it. It's my daily driver now. Had a Kia Sportage for 3.5 years. The ole girl's got 173K on her and runs like a quick(supercharged) top. I took the second seat out after I got it and my dog had a moving kennel. Mobil 1 since new - change every 5K - doesn't use a drop. I like the car and would get another 1, if they came out with it.:D

I enjoyed my Magnum while I had it. It was something I wanted from the first SuperBowl commercial in 2005 and bought the first one the dealer had on premiere night. That said, I'm looking forward to my Challenger much much more.

I might buy one, but it should not look like the Challenger. Of course at this rate, I might get a Magnum Hellcat before my Challenger Hellcat.
