I'm going to purchase a pair of drag radials for my cat. I've seen that most people go with the Nittos but some say that MT have better grip. Can anyone help with some good advice. Thanks.

Haven't tried the Mt's but installed Nitto 555's on front and 555R's on rear (along with an aluminum driveshaft) and absolutely luv them!

I am also looking for drag radials I have heard Mt also stick better. But I can't find any reviews on the new Mt e street s/s tires. I did call nitto and they told me that nto5 in a 275/40/15 (stock size) will hook up better than 305/35/20 in the 555. Reason being the nto5 are softer tire. If anyone has used the new Mt let me know how they work. Also I would like to know what is the widest wheel and tire you can fit without modification. Also what the offset on the rim would be

They are happy spinning them anytime they want?

Get the Mickey Thompson DR's. They have been #1 for a long time for a reason.

I am running these MT ET Street in a 305 35 20 they hook up really nice. Hoping for some cooler weather here in vegas though. Best run so far was a 12.5 but my 60 ft sucked and it was the first time down the track and I didnt use the launch.

Aren't those size MT's for 10-12" wheels only? Any issues/concerns on a stud 9.5 wide open wheel? I have a set I never put on my other car still in my garage.

Did you buy new rims for all 4 tires or did you just buy Rear rims. Was the rims an exact match or just close match to the stock rims. where did you get your new rims. is your hellcat a manual or auto?

I bought an extra pair of stock rims and running the MT 305/35/20's with no issues at all. I would not consider anything but the MT's

Does anyone know the brand and the specs for the DR's that Dodge used to get the NHRA Certified 10.8?
