I just ordered some race stars for my Hellcat, anyone else using these? I ordered 17s all around, and the new style M/T Drag Radial II.

Are you sure 17's fit the rear cuz they won't on the front

Not sure they fit the rear, but we'll find out. I have read of others using 17s in the rear.

The front I was hoping would fit with a spacer.

Spacers aren't the issue up front the wheel needs to go over the brake caliper and 18's don't so 17's aren't either. I think the same in the rear w/17's

Rears (most models) should fit on 17" as they are just SRT rears, same as previous years, and many out there running drags. Fronts not going to happen. In fact, I'd be surprised if even a 19" would fit. Front caliper just that big. So as long as outer diameter meets or slightly exceeds the front once you have your drag tire mounted on your 17 thats fine. I was looking at the M&T 275/50r17 (275 50R17 28 Tall )

But there can be shock interference in the rear as it's canted toward the caliper

You betcha! offset and wheel shape will be a key consideration!

Weld racing has purpose built wheels for late model challenger : Weld Racing 17x10 LC/LX SRT Black Center - 71HB7100W67A.
I would LOVE to try them out for fitment.

Yep, my brain fade. Just cancelled the order on the fronts at Summit.

Still excited to see how the rears work, P305/45R17 ET STREET R tires.

Weld 17x 10 will fit the rear no problem. The Hellcat rear is the same as past SRT's starting in 08. Its what I'm putting on mine for the track with a 28" tall tire. Either M&H or MT Drag radials.
My experience with Race star was not good at all on my 08 SRT. UNLESS....they have changed something they are a uni-fit set-up with washers that sit below the lug nut. They will bend the first time you put them on and then they are a REAL PIA to get off.

Yes, I have run them before, they're definitely not the best quality wheel. I don't intend to run my Challenger a lot, I have other cars that I use at the track much more often. I just bought the race stars because I didn't want to spend too much on wheels that I will only use a couple times. My goal is a 10.8x on drag radials, stock. Once it runs that number, I won't need to take it to the track again.

I can't find a 17 or 18 inch Weld wheel unless you want 25 or 32mm offset which is way too much. When you got to 10" offset needs to come down

Sorry..... I thought the rims Fireball put on in Bradenton were Weld. But They are Bogarts. He's going to measure the width tonight but believes they are 10". I also talked to Josh at HHP and they have sold 17x10 Welds to one Hellcat owner a couple months ago but hasn't heard anything. He assumes they fit . I'll find a set and test fit them from someone local that owns a set.
