My first trip to the track and I was informed that I needed a drive shaft loop. When I last checked there wasn't a loop for the A8 Challenger. Anyone have an update on availability?

I would also like one for my charger.
Iirc, Linda mentioned somebody was designing something awhile ago.
I haven't seen anything since, but definitely a needed item for our girls!

Capitol Raceway, said I had to have a loop and longer rear wheel studs. He allowed me to race that night for test n tune! Probably because I was running drag radials. I'll know for sure when I go next time!

Metco is working on making driveshaft safety loops for our cars, check with them and see if they are available yet.

You don't need a DS loop with Drag Radials if you are stock. Also with MOST wheels you do not need longer studs. What wheels are you running? The threads only have to come up into the HEX of the lug nut the same dimension as the width of the stud. They do NOT have to stick through. Some tech guys get hung up on this if you have open end lug nuts even though you are engaging the same amount of threads as stock. It's just that the lug nut is not closed and they can see in there. In this case you can just switch to closed end lug nuts to cure that problem.
