Fans In The Lower Fascia Nostrils?

Was curious to know what the experts think would happen if one was to put to small puller fans with manual switches in the small twin driver/passenger lower nostrils small radiators, either for daily driving, or at the track.

Wouldn't driving air flow higher then a small fan pulling air.... I like the idea.. My idea would be run the a/c lines threw the intercooler , that way the air coming threw is much colder, which makes more power
