At this point in time I would like to create a seperate thread from ones like the VON list or others and have people post their opinions on how all this has been handled since launch.

    - Ignored orders
    - No communication to Hellcat community
    - Vague information
    - Lack of accurate FCA to dealer communication and info
    - No priority to CONFIRMED sold orders
    - No FCA to community or community to FCA information chain.
    - Vague "rollover" rumors.

And anything else you can think of.

If you use social media to advertise/hype your products, then you need to step up and interact with your potential or waiting customers. This information "void" is unacceptable at this point. If at the 8th month mark you don't have a clue if what's going on, then you have bigger issues then shortages.

All I can say is that any vendor needs to understand that when a car isn't made they are losing potential customers and THEY should be hounding FCA through their channels also not from here.

This will be a good thread to publicize to the media. Might push bad PR for FCA

Honestly, I don't think they care. I have and several of my friends have called and had very long conversations with both SRT and FCA and while they understand they openly state nothing is going to change in the future.

Hehe, the first thing I'm ripping off my future Hellcat is the rear trunk DODGE emblem. Take that FCA!

I mostly agree. In the end, FCA gets my money and they win. I only hope I get some great memories in return.

I dont have a problem with the brand because it includes good people who care about loyal enthusiasts like Ralph, Mark T. Resumespeed and BramptonBuilder.

My problem is solely with those in charge of how these cars are getting built and the egos they are displaying toward a community of loyal brand followers.

    I really miss Ralph.

The media wont bite the hand that feeds them. Its a win win for dodge, they have a complete lid on this situation.

I really don't think fca is thinking about the hellcat anymore,, they brought an amazing car to market,, almost a year ago,, by now I'm sure there working on the next big thing,, maybe grand Cherokee, or srt dart,, or maybe a me ram,, who knows..the hellcat will sell, and people will have to wait to get them,, sorry if that sounds rude,, but a big company like fca is not going to change everything over one car...

I would tend to agree. They dont care. Which is fine... Our only recourse as buyers is to tell friends and family to steer clear of fca products. Instead of insisting they test drive them like i did before this.

Dodge builds a great car, with great value,, that's why people keep buying them.. This is where a good dealer keeps customers happy

A lot of comapnies make a good product but dont listen to customers. Ask blackberry if customers blame blackberry sellers and stores for their demise.

Or Best Buy who is now struggling to stay solvent after they made promises they couldn't keep to customers.

I could name 15 other companies with great products that are no longer here because of poor customer relationships right off the top of my head.
