I have always used some Tire shine foam spray on my plastic wheel liners/splash shields...

You dont have to spend big bucks on the stuff... Whatever is on sale/off brand works fine

Adams UnderCarriage if you want them really shiny. I have airbrushed CarPro PERL with great result, but that is with the wheels removed. Any good water based dressing will enhance the plastic. The stand by would be 303 Aerospace.

Pledge is silicone based, which over time will dry out your plastic, vinyl, and rubber components. I'd pass on that thought.

I like the to clean the wheel wells with Simple Green diluted 5 to 1, I dry them and then use 303 Aerospace Protector to keep them looking sharp. Leaves a nice sheen that dries without collecting dirt.

These are the cheapest wheel well liners I've ever seen on any car. I've had cars with over 100K on them and the liners don't look as beat as my Hellcat with less than 5K. Lots of marks and stuff in them from road debris.

The new Jeeps have the German fabric type, noise quieting wheel well liners. To bad they didn't use them on the Hellcat....
