    Yes..vids below..

There would be no 10's at a whopping 91 degrees and a DA of 2700. ZMax is typically a great track as they are four lanes but it was also very clear that on test and tune nights they go on the cheap for the sticky stuff. The first couple passes were ok but they didnt spray the track at all the whole time we were there that I know of and as the night went on, I would literrally spin the tires with fully heated drag radials. Had to lay into it lightly to get a launch without spinning. For comparisons sake when I ran the 1/8 mile two weeks ago in upper 60 degree weather I knocked off a 1.61 60ft and turned a 7.03 in the 1/8th which is easy 10's n the 1/4. Best I did last night was a 1.71 60' and a 7.2x 1/8 mile time. Very disappointed with the weather and 1/4 mile track conditions keeping me fom my rightfull 10 second club membership but in all honesty running an 11.16 in 91 degrees with a da of 2700 was still enough to get a win on the Nismo GTR so I guess I'll have to take it.

BONUS: On my very last run, a guy asked if I wanted to line up with him and I said sure not thinking anything about it. Was a white four door sedan. I thought it was some kind of Infinity or something. When we took off he had a great reaction time to my not paying attention and my tires spun bad enough that I had to get out of it and back in it. As I looked over, that Infinity was hauling ass to where I thought "Good gosh..what the hell is that thing?". In true hellcat form the Hellcat pulled like a mother F'r (my view as driver was awesome) and reeled him in and actually took the win at the lights. In that run I ran a crappy 11.3 and he ran an 11.8.

Turns out...It was a Tesla P85D!!! And got that on vid too!

Let there be no doubt the Nismo is bad ass as expected. Short version is we traded wins and losses all night. There is an in car vid below from the Nismo camera. That was our very first pass where we were trying to figure out our launches and I had a significantly better reaction time. He had an 11.1 ET and mine was an 11.2. The next run I had an 11.1 and he had an 11.2.

Ok I'll quit babbling. I've replaced the vud with the hi-res version.

I do my runs with full track mode and stability completely turned off. Usually 1800 RPM hold and then a roll into the gas. Fir my quickest time tonight I rolled into it a little harder and it worked. Next time I punched it hard instead of rollng into it and the track prep (lack of) became very evident as my heated up drag radials didnt do squat for me.

Another weird thing happened to me on hat run. About 3/4 down the track the engine shut down completely for about a 1/2 second and came back. We went there with as little fuel as I could and by he time I got to this run I was pretty much sitting on E. I seriously think I sucked air into the fuel system like the launch rolled the fuel to the back of the tank to where it allowed the sump to ingest a little air. Won't be doing that again! If I go again I will try to arrive with 1/4 tank.
