Manny on my V forum ran 8.97 @ 156! Full weight car, stock size blower (ported)

Four door family sedan, just incredible.

To be honest I'm a lot more impressed with the guy that ran a 9.5 with a stock blower and no nitrous. My understanding is the 8. 97 car was using a 150 shot of nitrous. Needless to say when he goes faster (as I'm sure he will) it will be the direct result of upping the shot of nitrous that he's spraying the engine with.

IMO,always something to be said for a car being " All throttle and no bottle ".

If I remember correctly you said your Challenger was supposed to be shipped the end of October. Any update as to when you can expect it ?

As well, have to say I'm hearing a lot of buzz as far as seeing the vid of your " friendly" race with the CTS-V guy you know. Let's hope it gets to happen before winter arrives.

Should really be asking member " buddyg" ( above) since I think he currently owns a CTS-V . If I had to guess its weight I'd say about 4300 lbs.

Correct 4300lbs, I weighed it at the track and it was 4565 with me in it. Ran four tens that day with 10.8 my best. Car has run a best of 10.77, no nitrous.
