Well here was my first go at the local 1/8 strip. It was hot as all get out there, about 8 pm and still almost 90 and extremely humid. Made 3 passes and the attached slip and video was my best pass. Still have plenty of work to do and tweaking. Had the pressure on my Nittos at about 19, though I was trying for 18 but my gage wasn't accurate enough. Still had some patch showing where I could have gone down a bit further to get it just right. Ran it in track/sport/street setting and the first couple runs surpirised me as to how well it hooked and I was timid with it at first. Started losing tracking later that night though. Still, had a blast and know I got some work to do.

Charger, so A8. No, I did a small burnout there. I still got to work on my timing, among other things.

TC was on and Traction was in Sport mode.

You need to heat those tires like John Force from what Nitto owners say.

Looks better than my slip, did my first run last night on summer tires, (car completely stock), started is second gear, bad track prep everyone said.
    My slip reads:
    60'- 1.906
    330 -5.142
    1/8 - 7.69
    mph 97.88
    1000-9.851
    E. T. 11.680
    MPH 122.97
low humidity about 85 degrees and started in second gear. This was about the only time i didn't blow the tires off. This was my first time racing a car at the strip, just hope I can repeat or beat that again tonight. MEGA MOPAR ACTION SERIES tomorrow. My times were all over the place :(
